Zara left a corporate legal career in 2017 to work directly with founders. Over a thousand trademarks later, across every industry and all 50 states, her clients include some of the most recognized brands in the online business space. Her practice spans trademark strategy, IP enforcement, litigation, and dispute resolution, including oppositions, cancellations, infringement matters, and cease and desist actions.
Founders who work with her say the same things. That she treated their case like it was the only one on her desk. That what felt unwinnable wasn't. That working with her felt less like hiring a lawyer and more like having the right person finally in their corner.

He has successfully resolved trademark oppositions, cancellations, infringement disputes, ICANN domain proceedings, and complex commercial litigation against Fortune 500 companies, major publications, and nationally recognized brands.
At Watson & Young, Sean leads the firm's enforcement, litigation, and brand protection strategy. Clients come to him when the stakes are high and the outcome matters.
Sean is admitted to practice in Federal Court before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state.

Olawale Otegbade (“Wale”) advises clients on patent prosecution and portfolio strategy, preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the United States and internationally.
Wale represents both established companies and emerging startups across high-tech industries including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, robotics, IoT, wireless communications, and consumer technologies. His work also spans technologies involving cybersecurity, network architecture, medical devices, and advanced electronics.
