Running Your Business With Dubsado

As soon as I opened my firm, I knew that I would need a business management platform where I could keep track of all of my cases, send out contracts and invoices, and easily collect payment from clients.

When I discovered Dubsado I loved that I had found a system that allowed me to do that and more. I was able to send emails, invoices, proposals, and contracts, manage leads and current jobs, manage tasks for each client, keep track of my accounting, and sync my Google calendar with Dubsado. I also loved how I was able to capture leads directly from my website onto the Dubsado platform. This made it easier for me to keep track of every lead to follow up with them, and to convert them into an actual client.

Using Dubsado has made running my business so much easier. One of my favorite features is that I’ve been able to send automated emails (also called Workflows in Dubsado) to make all of my process easier for both me and my clients. I’m able to set up emails ahead of time to send to clients, which reduces client response time and the time that I have to spend sending out the same emails. I also love that I’m able to use my brand colors and fonts so that my branding is consistent. Another great feature is that you’re able to keep track of your monthly financial goals. I’m able to gauge how I am doing financially each month and whether I am on target.
